As two of the few courses in the UK with full membership status for CILECT, the BA (Hons) Film Production and MA Film Practice provides students with practical experience of the many aspects of filmmaking alongside historical and conceptual knowledge that accentuates the importance of research. Our students learn the skills needed to take on key creative and production roles in both live action drama productions and documentaries. The BFS film courses provide opportunities to collaborate, to research and to develop projects together with other filmmakers that can extend beyond the course and into the industry.
